No. You don't get it till you're a Jedi Master I think and you can switch weapons.

At Jedi Knight, you can choose an additional style, fast or strong.

A friend told me they used weird crystals in Jedi Academy to give stormtroopers Force powers. And that sounded like an incredibly stupid idea.

Actually they TRIED to use weird crystals to give them the force (and it was Outcast NOT Academy) but these crystals failed and in the end required the use of the Valley of the Jedi to infuse troops with the force (probably in combination with the crystals). In Academy they theorised that the Cultists could have been infused with the force by means of the Sith staff by Tavion.

I suppose the most I fought was during the Dark Side final levels, I was fighting at least 4 or 5 sith in one go, and in the last level, I was fighting 2 sith and 4 jedi trainees, but I just used heavy quantities of dark rage and speed until they were all dead.

Yeah, Korriban on the dark side pits you against quite a few. Whenever I'm in a situation with multiple enemies, I try to seperate them to fight one at a time. I usually bait them all over to a battleground of my choosing, and then I use copious amounts of force push, to get as many of them to fall to their deaths as possible. For taking them out with a saber, a standard attack kata, or a twirl if you use dual sabers, properly placed, will take down most anybody.
And you may ask yourself, 'Where does that highway go to?'

I don't know. I actually hate the attack kata. It just left me feeling extremely exposed and vulnerable whenever I use it.Its good for when you managed to corner the enemy into a corner but other than that, I usually find sidestepping and attack to be so much more efficient. But then again, I only played the demo

Sure fire ways to win a lightsabre fight:

1. Use 'strong' single sabre style. The n00b enemy Sith will often fall over from the hit, or lose their saber, or die instantly.

2. Use w+c+mouse 1 with dual sabres, then run towards the enemy. Noone can withstand this attack.

3. Use sidestepping attacks of any kind with the sabre staff- alternate to switching off one side to go to 'medium' single sabre style to get more variety.

I like 'strong' single sabre style best.

ANother way to win LS fights in single player. Get force choke 3. Use on opponent and they turn off their LS. Attack until they turn LS on again, rolling stabs are good for this. Repeat until opponent(s) are dead.

The only way to take out the reborn quickly and effeciently is force grip 3+lightsaber throw, or force grip and drop them off a tall object. quick and easy.

The flying and heavy (zeegee?) stormtroopers aare best taken out with force persuasion. The big ones are friggin dangerous.

That Kyle says this does not neccessarily mean its the truth. I mean, in the game, you can brutally slaughter people and kick their heads around, but you won't neccessarily go to the Dark Side.

Its all in which sources you want to believe. So far, most of them keep GL's ideas.

Of course, because the entire damn series has been about uber-wanking with Kyle. ...and how he does whatever the hell he wants and doesn't follow the establishments to meet his goals. So he can use the darkside and just right if off as "It's all in how you use it." Sorry. Kyle. That's why you aren't Luke.

And of course the game does gauge your vicious slaughtering right. You're following Kyle's assine system.

This is one of the rare instances I'm glad the games aren't canon.

They are. Just the general storyline though, specifics and game mechanics, no.

But Kyle Katarn is in-continuity. He was even among Luke's apprentices in the first "class" at Yavin IV.

Wasn't Jerec one of the Emperors Darkside Inquisitors? And if this is the case I'm guessing he just found and trained the others up himself after the first death of Palpy.

*clears throat*

You people are stupid, if you are playing Dark Side (or even light for that matter), all you have to do in the final chapter is egg (or get) the Jedi trainees to chase (or follow) you, when you meet a dark jedi, they do battle and you move on. So much easier, you can get from the start of the level to the finish in five minutes...

They weren't Sith.

A few were Sith cultists, and Jerec himself was an Imperial Inquisitior who dabbled in the Sith arts and artifacts, and was a Dark Jedi Master. Most of his underlings are Force sensitives he trained, and most were former Jedi as well.

Apparently Palpatine probably would've made Jerec Dark Lord had Vader not been in the way. He rivaled Vader in power, and was likely another way to keep Vader under control.

I've toyed with the idea that Lumiya's purpose was to provide Luke with a counterpart to control and test. Perhaps he would've been asked to destroy her as proof of his worthyness as one of the Two.

His own personal band of Inquisitors. Luckily for the galaxy, the Dark Side Adepts, the Imperial Soveriegn Protectors, most of the Emperor's Hands, and the Inquisitorious were on Byss when it turned into vapour.

And is completely against the reason of choosing the dark side. If you choose light you have allies all the way through, but if you choose dark you have to fight everyone !

Dudes, after being ripped-off and realising that the second disc does jack all (for the lightside campaign), do you think I would go through the entire process again with the dark side? I did the last level in 5 mins in the faint hope that the second disc would have more dark side fun, but nooooo.

So here's a question; what the hell is the second disc for, besides a small part of the instalation?

I assume the second disc is used for multiplayer.

And i saved time. I made a save game at the point where you have to choose light or dark, therefor saving me from having to go through the entire game again.
