Hm I also noticed during the Dooku vs Anakin battle, Anakin stretched his arm out so Dooku could chop it more easily. It's all a conspiracy I tell you!

I just want to point out that Trebor was suppossedly a mediation Jedi, with very little combat experience. Remember, the thing that determines if you are a master or not is your skill with the force, not your skill with a lightsabre.

I don't have the DVD, but had Trebor been fighting for some time? It might have been that he was more tired than Obi-wan was on Kamino.

And, wasn't Jango using a sidearm at Kamino?

We see Trebor ignite his saber. But aside from his death we don't really see him fight anyone. He may have though.

And yes Jango used his sidearm on Kamino.

Trebor sits on the Council, and according to EU sources he is more a diplomat than a warrior. Still, as a Jedi Council Member he is very skilled. And the sources also state that if Jango hadn't reacted quickly, Trebor had a chance of taking on Dooku, or at least slowing him down enough for other Jedi to respond. I would say that he was a pretty good fighter, given that information, though it is likely that he is not as comfortable in combat as some of the other Jedi there.
