Those are the Cheron from another dimension called Other Space, a species of humanoid spiders with biotechnology and a nihilistic death religion based on wiping out all life from existance. They don't have any relation to the Hyperspace Aliens, either.

Its what Sidious tells Anakin more than once in the novelization and the script.. that he has the knowledge/ability to use the midicholorians to "create life" and to protect those he loves frrom death.. you know.. his claim from AOTC?

Basically as I said, I doubt its true, but I bet it will get treated as literal anyhow.

There is no reason to not treat that as true. The only thing is ... why didn't he do that protect shit on himself.

cause latter he say in the screen play he says that he and Anakin will discover the secret together. Basically he says he known it can be done, he just doesn't know how yet. This is ofcourse after Ankain has already betrayed Mace.

The Hyperspace Aliens thing, i must say, is really kinda silly. There are pleanty of other, less whimsical possibilities than some magical hyperspace fairy creatures.

Who built Centerpoint Station? Someone, another race that died out perhaps the ones who fought that race that built the Starforge, perhaps causing them to die out. Corellia was most likely built either as a weapon, somehow, or my theory like the Maw as a type of firewall against their enemies.

Who gave hyperdrives to people, most likely, if i had to pick someone, it'd be the people who built those Hypergates. They're also almost gone now, ST Technical Comentaries mentions them. Hypergates employed extremely advanced hyperspace technology, maybe they passed some of their throw away stuff along.

Another possibility is whatever Yoda is. So far we've seen three of his kind--Yoda, the female Yoda Jedi Council member, and the Yodarace being in KOTOR. There is just as much possibility that whatever race he is, had something to do with Corellian Humans gaining hyperspace technology. Perhaps even were the ones who the Starforge Builders fought against.

Anyway i'm probably wrong about it, i admit i maybe got times wrong and all kinds of other mistakes i'm sure someone will point out. But since Hyperspace Aliens are just an invention of some fans somewhere my guess is, literally, as good as theirs.
