Ok, ok. So these different companies, they make components and superstructures. Not knowing where it´s all going to end. After two and a half years, they have enough finished to start shipping the various bits and pieces to a "secret location". Which leads to the part quoted from SOTE.

How does that sound?

Makes no sense...since only raw material(SoTE) was shipped there, and in fact the entire project was done within that system.

Hell the ITW book goes into detail that they manufactured everything on site, which supports the thought of only one if any others then Xizor simply sent supplies there.
