The trouble I think is Dalaa's track record...I think she must be the only person that could potentially loose a sector fleet to a single ewok armed only with a vac-suit and bad breath.
Somehow, in some way she would fuck up....accidently order the reactor destroyed or have the shields dropped and fly into an asteroid field....or something equally inane.....
