Heh, well, I would like to.
But I've kinda spend most of my money of Evangelion Kubricks:

http://www.hlj.com/cgi-perl/hljpage.cgi?MEDKUB-41

I'll be getting some more money soon, so maybe I can start buying them in groups of two or so.

Nah, I've just heard too many Ufologist claims about alien-human hybrids being created aboard spaceships....... [Gollum] to infiltrate us puny earthlings... [/Gollum]Robert Treder wrote: And about the interbreeding thing, are you on crack, Simon? Kaminoans and humans are different species. They literally have just as much chance of interbreeding as humans and dogs.

Wait, now I'm confused. How does not being a sick pervert relate to not knowing what a Kaminoan looks like or how Gollum talks?Simon H.Johansen wrote:At least I'm not as messed up as RayCav.Spanky The Dolphin wrote:And now you're fucking up Tolkien. Since when did Gollum ever talk about aliens?

Hm ... I'd love to see them do the series in an anime style, not that shitty, Dexter's Laboratory, "I'm going to make a few lines vaguely resembling a person and color them" kind of shit. That style works fine for comedic stuff, but not for a Star Wars animated series. That's the big drawback of getting Cartoon Network to do this stuff: their artists, from what I've seen, are of questionable skill, at best. Hopefully they'll prove me wrong with the Clone Wars animated series.
A full-fledged anime deal would rule for this. I'm thinking Macross Plus-type stuff ... without huge-ass noses.

That's another bull-fucking-shit statement if I've ever seen one. I don't know 'what' video footage you've seen, but I quickly popped my preview Zelda disc in just to catch a glimpse at this new style. I am so god damned impressed that I am tempted to buy two copies and put one away. How does it NOT work? Really? I get thrown off by some games that try to make things look more realistic when it isn't going to happen. Robotech's cell shading wasn't spectacular. The new Zone of the Enders is going to use cell shading and I think they're really putting it to it. That Zelda video was subperb though. The look, the movements, all the quirks they added in. It just solidifies how great that game will be. I can easily see how immersible it will become when you hit the power button. That style is about as innovative as it's going to get for a while too. A lot of people are going to be afraid to try it, and those that do will be trying to cash in while they can. I would love to see many, many more games go that direction.Lord_Xerxes wrote:DG_Cal_Wright wrote: Just like how so many ppl are bashing the 'new' Zelda look. Give me a fucking break. This series will not end up like Droids and Ewoks. It WILL fucking rock. The new Zelda look is horrible.
Opinion, not fact. Baseless at that.
I've seen stills.
So have I.
I've seen movies of the game on Cinametech on G4tv.
The only thing special here pal, is your education.
It's just terrible.
*gasp* And the N64 Zelda look wasn't?!? The original wasn't?!? Give me a FUCKING break.
IIt's probably to advanced for you anyways.won't buy that.
Wait for it. Bull-Fucking-Shit. Your not going to buy and/or play this game based on the 'style' it's in. Yet I would go so far as to assume you would play and/or buy a POS game because it's style looks good. While that may be out on a limb, even if it wasn't I'm sure you'll swoop in to cover your ass. Go ahead though, I'll flame you like a smores on an open camp fire bub.I'm not saying the game is terrible,
because I don't know that without playing it.
That has to be the only sensible thing I have heard any 'Zelda basher' state.
But you have to wonder,
Wonder? I god damned know it all.
for a system that's trying to prove that it's not just for children,
That is yet again baseless. That is a typical steroetype of the Nintendo franchise. Just because they are, wait, let me list it. It'll be easier.
A. Broader in scope of genre and styles of games
B. Not trying to shove adult oriented games down people's throats
C. Making game controllers that while may not be versatile, are damned effective at the games designed for them
doesn't mean they are fucking aiming at kids. Your statement holds about as much water as a fishing net.
Wrong direction? Which way did they go and for what purpose?I think they went and took a step in the WRONG direction to prove that.
If they'd done it like the 64 games,
Made them fuzzy, short and uneventful.
Vice City?or maybe something else...
,used the Cell shading the way Robotech succesfully did
That's debateable.
then it would work much better.
Back OT. The new Star Wars cartoon will rock. nuff said.

OK, I admit that Ventress' resemblance to the Kaminoans is rather vague - but it's still there.Darth Utsanomiko wrote:Wait, now I'm confused.
