Yes, and it also says they're designed for ground assault (only). I generally take WOTC data with a huge grain of salt (even for an RPG source.)

Pretty cool, but he got the Mandator and Procurator all wrong. The Mandator there is less than 5 miles long, and probably wouldn't qualify as a "Star Dreadnaught" to Saxton. The Procurator-class Star Battlecruiser was done according to WEG's definition of "cruiser," and is actually shorter than an ISD.
