It's not the real helmet, as the silver tips are just decals, not prongs. The gloves and front part of the suit are wrong, as well.

Not to mention he's using Darth Maul's lightsabre, something LucasFilm wouldn't fuck up on.

Looks like a fake to me, considering Pounder says he's seen it on steakandcheese.com for ages.
