I was wanted to know if anyone out there new the names of some of the Star Destroyers. Particularly there was a big ass one, but I can't remeber the name. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Was it the Executer?

Don't forget the Conquest (status unknown), and the Tyrant (status unknown, but presumed destroyed).

Err... IIRC the Tyrant was captured from an undefended fuelling station by the Rebels, renamed rebel dream or so and later recaptured by the Empire again.

Theres a website, if you go to Yahoo, or some other search engine, and put in "ultimate guide to star destroyers 4.0", you'll get a website that has the names to, perhaps more than a hundred ISDs. There is a complete listing from A-Z. Excellent web site on ISDs, and subsequently its connected to a guide to Mon Cal cruisers also. You should certaintly check it out.

Yes, and Mr. Saxton's SWTC has a list and btw those SDs were the only ones I could think of off hand.

One of the Star Destroyers that TIE pilot Stele encountered in "TIE Fighter." This ship also guarded the planet Coruscant until just before the battle in which the Rebels captured the planet. It is not known what happened to the Emperor's Will after this period.

That's very clever of you. It's better than my theroies of either the same name being used more than once, or later ISDs getting dumb names like "Flatulence".

So what's next after that? The ISD Hang Nail? The ISD Really Bad Indian Rub? Doesn't quite strike fear into the hearts of the enemy does it...We should have a thread of "Alternate" Star Destroyer names!

And actually, we should have a "Ships Motto" to go along with the name!

And b4 anyone points it out, yes I know its Executor-class Command Ship no Super-class Star Destroyer- but its from an old doc I used when playing Rebellion- I always build nothing but Star Destroyers (including scrapping ISDs and replacing them one-for-one with ISD2s).
