Doesn't seem very exciting or interesting. Pretty generic stuff. Spoiler
Drawings are average at best. kind of wonky in some of the panels.

Personally, he doesn't look like Vader to me, but I expect that a commanding officer might use a chair and NOT strike dramatic poses.KuwaiiLightmoon wrote:This ***** sucked balls. It's so generically Star Wars, with none of the good stuff. Sith Lord fuckass looks just like Malak, all the important female Jedi are apparently females and of course, the Republic representative is an old white man. There are 3 pages that start different stories and explain nothing but a few names, nothing about negotations.
"Oh, fire ze missiles!" he says. I expected his lackey to say he was le tired.
Maybe it's because... SpoilerSeydlitz_k wrote: Spoiler
You got it, Rip.Havok wrote: Wake me when someone does something new in SW.
Yeah, I like the idea behind the events. I like it how for once there is an actual treaty signed, and it's not Sith Overlords Conquer Galaxy again. It bears a resemblance to the Dutch raid up the Medway in the second Anglo-Dutch War.VT-16 wrote:It seems like the Sith are stuck outside the Core and need a quick victory to get their terms accepted by the Republic. It's still a nice, little difference from other Sith stories. No "rar we're INVINCIBLE" this time around.

And the art is still ass. I'm tempted to sign up there and rip this thing apart, but I imagine I would be banned post haste.

To me, the problem isn't that the armor is not original, but that it bears too strong of a resemblance to the fairly contemporaneous Mandalorian Neo-Crusader armor. It makes sense for Clonetroopers to be wearing Mandalorian armor, but it doesn't make sense for the Old Republic, enemies of the Mandalorians, to be issuing their forces the bad guy's kit. Not to mention that this Republic soldier is armed with a Clone Wars-era DC-15A.Samuel wrote:I'm fine with the armor looking similar- after all, they probably didn't invent it out of thin air thousands of years later.
With that kind of logic, the AK-47 would never come to be, since it was based on a German assault rifle, three years past.Noble713 wrote:To me, the problem isn't that the armor is not original, but that it bears too strong of a resemblance to the fairly contemporaneous Mandalorian Neo-Crusader armor. So the Sith fleet didn't just bomb one single station, there were multiple. Probably more like a scattered network like the Golan stations in the Empire.Comic issue 2 preface wrote:After destroying the planet’s satellite security stations
