Let's see, person obscuring half the frame, slanted view, no audio. Enjoy.
From what it shows, there'll apparantly be Spoiler
some new capital ships and, sigh, Mandalorians....

Indiana Jones?
I haven't been keeping up with the current series, or anything recent in Star Wars, but didn't the Mandalorians get beat to shit and scattered way back in the KOTOR era? How/why do they keep coming back? (I know some of it is mandowank, but I mean, what is the in-universe explanation that they keep coming back to get their asses kicked?)

Stubbornness and delusions of grandeur. Thanks to the backstory of The Old Republic game, the Mandos regrouped into a larger force again, so I guess we might get some of that for the upcoming series as well. Hell, anything's better than the 212 übertroopers they're said to contribute to the CW in previous stories.

The video's been taken down. Oh well.
As for the Mandos, their appearance might actually be a good thing, as long as they don't steal the show.
How large were the capital ships in the video? Were they Republic or CIS? With luck, we might finally see the elusive Star Dreadnaught in action...

I took a copy of it before it got pulled. Can post some choice screencaps at least. Spoiler
The woman is possibly Obi-Wan's old pre-war flame. She's an aristocrat mentioned in the CSWE. According to the entries there, some corrupt Senator kidnaps or threatens her (the guy with the cloak, I guess) and Obi-Wan helps her out. Somehow the Mandalorians get involved with the stodgy Senator.
The ship or station being blown up has a small ship that escapes. It looked like Ventress' fanblade fighter, but the "wings" appear to be solid and not folded out.
On the third row, an LAAT exits something big in space, it covers this shot in the background.
Separatist boarding craft enter something in space. The thing towards the right on the first pic. Looks like a white oval with something underneath. Based on the following interior shot, might be a luxury cruise ship or something.
There's also a spelunker droid in 3D, a castle, some jungle area, and Ahsoka fighting in the Jedi Library. The enemy uses a blue saber so who knows what that is.
There's also a Jedi Holocron being put together at the start, it's a cube-thingy with triangular edges, though I didn't take any shots of it.

for starters Mando's are a culture not a race so they can assimilate persons not born a mando, second they got a rather perverse way of looking at the defeat against the Republic forces under Revan.

Yeah, I know that Mandalorian isn't a race, but a culture, but that still doesn't make any sense. Who would willingly adopt a culture that likes getting into fights nonstop and has a record for being defeated by the Republic/Jedi? What do Mandalorians even strive to acheive except fighting? They would have made more sense if Mandalorian wasn't a culture, but just a big fighting organization. They get together and blow the hell out of each other instead of attacking the galaxy.

One instance of the Republic defeating them isn't really a record you know and people RAISED in that culture, perhaps? Especially as if I remember KOTOR correctly they saw nothing wrong with suffering an honorable defeat at the hands of a superior enemy. A culture like that SURVIVING in the face of a superior enemy is another matter, but then if memory serves they DIDN'T.

They had lost in three wars hadn't they? The Great Galactic War, the Great Sith War and the Mandalorian Wars. Record isn't the best word, but they did lose a few times. That, and by the KOTOR II era they were mostly mercenaries. Canderous in KOTOR I states something along the lines of there being to few of them to continue fighting.

I said who would willingly adopt that culture. People born into the Mandalorians probably don't have much of a choice.

Yeah, you are quite right, the Mandalorian Wars leave them nearly wiped out.
I guess my problem is that I just don't get the Mando-wank.

I'll take your word for it. I never bothered with the pre-OT era other than KOTOR and the PT. And as I said, they didn't seem to see losing a war as something AUTOMATICALLY bad. If you lost despite giving it your best effort, they seemed to consider it valuable training.

At least the Mandalorians managed to give the Republic a run for their money. Plenty of real world people flocked to cults that were completely hopeless in the real world.

NOBODY here does.

I for one have no problem with The Clone Wars doing Mandos at some point, if only because the show has been at odds with the Karen Travis interpretation of Star Wars before, and I'm hopeful that the show might actually tone down the Mando-wank.
Now, if they fuck it up, I'll be pissed, but for now I'm cautiously optimistic.

To be fair, it's effectively impossible to completely annihilate a modern SW power, especially one so mobile (nomadic, even) as the Mandalorians. There's no way you're going to get every last ship, star base and Ice Station Zebra. Also, marginalized remnants of belligerent powers can and do flare back up to challenge the galactic hegemon. It's not just the Mandos; the Sith, Republicans and Imperials all did it too.

Someone uploaded the same preview with audio. It's dark at first, but it's workable. Sounds like we're definitely getting Spoiler
some kind of battle with Mandalorians.

Have the Mandalorians ever had to sign agreements with the Republic to demilitarize? They've fought in a couple of the major wars, usually ending up on the losing side, so has the Republic ever thought about simply not letting them re-arm again?

Presumably, the combination of the fact the Mandalorians fought against the Sith in the New Sith Wars and that the Republic can't even stop it's own member-states from fighting wars with each other makes that rather unlikely.
