Q decides to put you into the Star Wars Galaxy. But first, its going to be a battle royale with blasters in the Geonosis arena. Around you will be the Jedi, and the droids as seen at the end of AOTC after the Anakin, Obi Wan and Padme have been escaped and right before Mace Windu approaches. . You get one blaster pistol from the Star Wars Universe. What would it be? Of course, you can choose nothing, but you're still in the middle of this clusterfuck.

Ghetto EDIT: no the before Anakin, and blaster instead of blaster rifle, that way, one can have a better weapon if one chooses.

And finally, my choice of weapon.

DC-15s side arm blaster. Infinite ammo, ergonomic, and a trigger guard. Might not be the best weapon, but it should help against all the droids I'll be facing as I try and escape from the arena. If I can't do that, I'll hide behind a pillar and let the Jedi and droids battle it out. If I can't do that, I'll try and take out as many droids as possible while hiding behind cover.

So what's your choice?

I doubt that you will live that long. Or that the barrel will survive the continuous firing.

I, of course, choose a blaster rifle varient that has an attached grenade launcher.

"Infinite" sounds very much like a no-limits fallacy. Rather, it would have a larger ammo store than usual (which might also mean the shots are individually weaker, given that it is not substantially greater in size).

I would go with Han Solo's DL-44 blaster pistol, mainly since I could run with it easily and possibly take out the odd droid.

And you can't go wrong with an E-11. Small, light. 100 rounds of ammo. Stock & Scope. Perfect.

An E-Web (on a tripod). Sure it will make me a target for the droids once I start mowing them down, but hopefully the Jedi will appreciate the help and try to defend my position. If not, at least I will take plenty down with me. Running around with a blaster pistol is just asking to be mowed down by the crossfire.

With the backpack power generator. If I can grab some cover, and set up the gun properly, I think I'll do okay.

I take an Imperial Heavy Repeater. Designed for fire support and it has an underslung concussion grenade launcher built right in. Also I will call it Winona in honor of John Crichton's loyal sidearm.

Its not cheating because it wont work. Luke was shot with a Gun of Command and it barely paused him at all before the Force wiped the effect away and he was fine. Now Luke might not be a great example but his training was limited, Yoda focused on making him a weapon. So odds are he did not have all the fine tuned mental abilities a fully Yoda trained Jedi would. So your gun might be less that useless. Wont work on the droids or the Jedi.

As for what weapon I would use. It probably wouldnt matter Jango was able to take down a distracted lesser Jedi but got owned by Mace when focused on, so I know I wont have a chance against any Jedi. The droids also arent going to see me as any real danger with a sidearm.

Best choice I think would be one of the energy wave guns the Geonosians used. The Jedi never deflected them, even Anakin made sure to avoid the blast so they might be unblockable and I might take a few foes out with the semi AOE nature of the weapon before someone squashes me.

I take a Blastech A280. I figure the mooks will be too busy fighting other mooks anyways, so all I have to deal with are the big nasties. And what better to deal with big nasties than a big nasty gun? And I'll name her Vera...

I'll take a Z-6 rotary blaster cannon. And her name is Tofutti.

The M1 Garand of Star Wars the DC-15A.

During the battle it punched clean through Droideka shields. And Episode 3 revealed it had automatic fire capability. Heavy, but flexible and powerful. Should allow me to cut the clearest path out of shit storm.

Just to be unique, how about a double blaster?

I'll go with the Blastech Light Repeater, pretty much the para version of the T-21. Either that or an F-Web Heavy Repeater, you can't beat near infinite ammunition and a personal shield generator.
