What if San Hill had never sabotaged the Kaleesh warlord's shuttle, and Qymaen jai Sheelal was never cyborged and drafted into the service of the Separatists? Consider this: he finishes contract for the InterGalactic Banking Clan, maintains relatively cordial relations with his paymaster San Hill, and returns to Kalee with a cadre of IG-100 MagnaGuards to wage war against the Huk defilers. The Separatists find someone else to be their dark general, perhaps the noble Alto Stratus!- and Sheelal eventually does have Kalee join the Confederacy, but only as a localized warlord. The Republic tries to back the Huks, but the infuriated Kaleesh slaughter them. Sheelal himself kills a few younger Jedi and takes their lightsabers.

Following Order 66 and the rise of the Empire, Kalee becomes the leader of the Separatist Holdouts, which include the Nosaurians, Jabiim, and the other rare nationalist, planetary organic movements not affiliated with the soulless megacorporations. The continuing Separatist movements, as well as disorder from criminal groups such as the Zann Consortium, end up being a continuous thorn at the Empire's side, legitimizing Palpatine's power grabs. The Separatists eventually hook up with the New Republic, and ironically, the bloodthirsty warrior Qymaen jai Sheelal becomes a leader within the big tent of the Rebel Alliance, perhaps even as a leader on par of Garm bel Iblis.

well that is an intresting question, since as far as I know normal kahlee aren't that much more stronger or have that much quicker reflexes and/or movement speed then base line humans.

without the cybernetic implants Grievous (or Qymaen jai Sheelal which ever you prefer) would probably become a historical footnote then anything signifigant (and btw a large part of General Grievous' bloodthirst came of from the implants (as a deliberate plan by Dooku and Sideous), he's not that good of general that he should become signifigant by that merit alone and alot of "fame" in the canon comes from him being (intentionally) a complete monster.
