The SW blog has a report up from the Star Wars Spectacular this year, and has some CW-related surprises. The biggest being the surface of planet Mandalore. Yes, that Mandalore. Ok, I admit, as much as I despise the Fandalorian wankery, I'm intrigued.

They'll also revisit some worlds, including Rodia (with some new buildings pictured), Ryloth and Mustafar. Ok...

Trailer is now up. It looks real good. I like the fact that the Mando guy namedrops their past as depicted in the comics and KOTOR games. Other than that, the trailer actually makes me more interested to see what will happen in this season than most of the stories did in season 1.

Not too bad.

Blah blah blah. What is the status of the live action show? I can't believe there haven't been updates on that.

Besides, I canceled my cable, so screw you people with Cartoon Network.

I was looking through some threads on the trailer, and someone mentioned that they thought the Mandalorian guy sounded like John De Lancie. I tried listening and remembering the Q episodes from TNG, kinda sounds like it. Anyone know what the actor is up to these days? Secret projects, etc.?

It's not John De Lancie, But it does sound familliar.
