Robert E Lee of the CIS

If Robert E Lee was sent to the Star Wars Galaxy and took a position as a general in the CIS Army how would he fare assuming he was given knowledge of the Star Wars Galaxy and its military?

This is a preposterously stupid post. I don't even know how to compose a meaningful response. How old are you? Do you think military competence is like a role-playing game with like +10 to Tactics?

Let me propose something, if you gave Robert E. Lee a food processor, and gave him modern culinary knowledge, would he or Bobby Flay make a better pesto? That has just about as much content.

Robert E. Lee didn't even fully grasp the technology of his own time, very few commanders in the US Civil War ever did, which is why they kept using Napoleonic massed rank tactics so heavily. Sending him into a scenario like this makes no sense at all.

Wow, another one liner of epic fail from Mung Beans, looks like at this rate we'll have a class of village idiots titled in short order.

Also, reported before it becomes a spam fest.

Jesus, don't report stupidity, just rules violations.

Anyway, lets go another direction with this. I say, because I can, that REL gets a fleet of Star Destroyers and paints them orange. Obviously he paints Confederate Flags on the tops of all of them and then instead of fighting, he cruises around the galaxy foiling the schemes of local corrupt governors. And of course he has the help of some good friends along the way.

Yeah, now we are talking. And the good thing is that this really falls right in line with the high quality product the EU provides us.

I figured that it qualified as spam, but whatever. It'll get locked for being worthless and having no content soon enough anyway...

Its the sad testament to the bizarre and stupid cults of personality American historical figures accrue that Robert E. Lee even acquired enough reputation and awareness where people would say something like this.

It may be spam, but the report button isn't for spam dawg. Anyway, why do you want this locked so badly? This is the epitome of 'mockery of stupid people'. have fun with it. :D

Lets add some more historical* characters... Lets put Sgt Bilko in charge or requisitions on the head stardestroyer. What kind of hilarity would ensue as General Lee discovers his wacky gambling plots?

*TV historical ok? :D

Got warned for doing spamy shit in G&C so I was a bit wary of jumping in with both feet on this one. I think I'll play it safe and avoid this one too.

What if Lucille Ball was put in charge of the Imperial military? This is a serious question.

Did the CIS* have an actual Lee style general, or was it just Grievous?

*Oh how I hate that name.

How about Erwin Rommel IN SPACE!

Yes, Rommel is indeed an Admiral in the Republic Navy. Commanding the RAS Hood, no less, up against the CIS ships, Bismarck and Tirpitz, crewed by Germans.
