Ok, descrive the side light/dark, equipment quirks of a Jedi being playied by "Classic" Toshiro Mufine.

To me, the most "Jedi" role he had was in Yojimbo, even though he was a sneaky bastard. I picture him as a kind of wayward Jedi in that one, neither light nor dark. And kicking lots of ass.

Well there was also the Yojimbo sequel "Sanjero" and since the original Starwars was influenced by "The Hidden Fortress" that would make him "Han Solo" & "Obi-Wan" (Or more like a "Grey side" version of Qui-Gon"

Interesting Han Solo and Obi Wan mix them together and you`ll get Han Wan

Yeah, but Sanjuro was in a more satirical vein. But still, the character Sanjuro (from Yojimbo and Sanjuro) is the guy I think of most as a Jedi.
For those who haven't seen Yojimbo, A Fistful of Dollars and Last Man Standing are remakes of it. So just think of a badass Clint Eastwood or Bruce Willis (as if there's any other kind).
