Speculation about a future series.
Well, as I've been hearing about Lucas making the original trilogy 3D and planning to re-release it, I had an interesting thought. Does anyone think there's a chance he'll do a CGI TV series about the rebel alliance and the OT characters, something like The Clone Wars but with the Rebellion and Empire? Because I think that could have some potential.

I'm not sure. Given his age, I feel that once the 3D rerelease and live-action series is done, he'll retire and pass the franchise on to his kids. Perhaps the live-action series itself will touch on the rebellion aspect.
