Jar Jar is too stupid to die in a senseless accident, so he will probably be executed for supporting the Rebel terrorists.

He'll be executed for allowing Padmé to escape to Alderaan.

Naboo cant get BDZ'ed so that ones out and I am sad to say Jar Jar will probably live on.

Why can't Naboo be Base Delta Zero, I'd think it have an Ironic Twist

I'd say he gets executed at the end.

Imagine - Padme goes into hiding as Palpatine and Vader take over. Good Ol' Palpsy declares it to be a rebel plot and blames all Nabooians. Naboo gets BDZed and all Naboo senators are executed for Treason.

Moments before the credits, we see Jar Jar against the wall with his hands behind his head.

Sad thing about this, though, is that we get yet another entire movie with Jar Jar in it. Damn the little fiend!

Well, let's just kill Jar-Jar off at the beginning of the movie! Perhaps during the intro, or better yet, the previews before the movie.

Captain Lennox: Naboo cant get BDZ'ed because its in the game SWG and which is set after episode 4, they checked with Lucas film to make sure everything stuck to canon so I think Lucas wuold have mentioned to them that Naboo was going to get wasted when they asked if they could use it.

I have this really weird image in my head of Jar-Jar being on a small capital ship - on a diplomatic mission - when it explodes under the guns of a ISD-precursor or somesuch.
First, it's a "heroic" death. See poor Jar-Jar killed for his beliefs, his mission for peace ended by the Destructive Vileness of the Emperor! (Exclamation marks not neccessarily mine, you understand. )
Second, it's a non-graphic death, suitable for a character whose sole function was to sell lunchboxes. We all want to see the bastard's head snap off and his entrails come shooting out his chest cavity in a shower of viscera (preferably in 3D), but really, we're kidding ourselves. If he doesn't die in an explosion seen from a distance of 2km, he'll die in a way that leaves a unsullied corpse so all the little Binks fans have something to weep about, so I went for Killed in Senseless Accident. Aaah, Diddums.

The ISDs BDZ him but not on Naboo. Probably on some remote planet where Palpy puts those he wants gone for good.

He could get flung into space, and just before he explodes, the ascending title monologue could cut his head off.

Very true Bean, but none of those characters were bumbling doofuses like Jar Jar Binks. Darth maul , vader, sidious, and tyrannus could never be lumped into the moron category like Binks.
