sword fight, who wins?
Luke dressed in the same outfit he had on when he fought Vader, roughly same time period

Dooku would just wipe the floor with Luke here; he held off YODA, for god's sake.

Dooku. He has the force lightning, the lightsaber skills, and the experience. Being Qui-Gon's master, he must be quite old.

Considering it's not uber-Luke from the post DE period, he doesn't stand a chance. After all, Dooku beat Obi-wan, who was Vader's master, and probably a better swordsman, too. Vader totally wasted Luke in TESB, and in ROTJ, Luke was on the defensive until Vader's comment about Leia. Thus:
Dooku>Obi-wan
Ob-wan>Vader
Vader>Luke
Ergo, Dooku>Luke

There is a flaw in your reasoning. Vader is a much more experienced fighter then Anakin was. And Obiwan never struck me as the great swordsman type anyway.

Wasn't Dooku considered one of the greatest swordsmen in the Jedi Order? Like Durran said, he was able to battle Yoda to a draw. He completely murders Luke, who never had any formal training, and whose wild recklessness in battle is quite obvious.

The novel states that Dooku is a fencer and practices sword vs sword wearas the vast bulk of the jedi order have dispensed with this as it is not regarded as relivant in the 'modern galaxy', and concentrate more apon deflecting blaster bolts, than sword combat.
As such, Luke, who has little kowledge of sword combat full stop, simply would not have the experience to defeat dooku.

That is my feeling too.
Dooku wins even without the force lightning.

thinking about it rationally, yes I would have to say Dooku, but the young boy in me, who saw the original series so many years ago, wants Luke to win, with his green lightsabre and black outfit, putting Dooku on the defensive with powerful steady thrusts and attacks, like he did vs Vader

If Luke tries to charge Dooku angrily, he'll end up eating Force Lightning like Anakin did.

Uh, that may be the weirdest attempt at reasoning I've seen in a long time. Swordfighting skills aren't static. Just because Obi-Wan beat Vader before his skills were fully realized doesn't mean he could take him on at the height of his powers.

Dooku taught swordsmanship at the Jedi Temple. He was one of their best.
