Is there actually a term in Star Wars for this? The idea is obviously there as the shuttle in ROTJ was used in exactly that manner. I was just randomly wondering about this idea.
One term that sort of works in a similar fashion is a shatterpoint as the SW equivalent to an Achilles Heel. Though in this case it is a much more limited word in that it is one unique to Jedi(as shatterpoint is a Force ability).

I don't think Shatterpoint has the correct correlation to Achilles Heal only because it isn't a widely, if known at all, term outside of Mace and a few other dead Jedi. And like you said, a Force ability.
For Trojan Horse? I am sure Thrawn came up with a term lol.
I mean the idea that anyone actually fell for that in real life is pretty silly. It's just a myth/fairy tail used to make a point. There may be some SW equivalent in that regard in one of the old Tales of the Jedi comic books that I vaguely remember. I also think that Rogue Squadron snuck in someplace in their X-Wings inside a larger ship and had a name for the operation, so maybe that (if my memory is correct.)

I was thinking of it being used by Jedi exclusively. Luke's order knew about it to some degree as Luke and Jaina also learned it.

There was the Night Caller ploy that was effectively the same idea that led to them sucker punching a Star Destroyer but that was Wraith Squadron. As for the original Trojan Horse it was purely mythology, the idea of an actual wooden horse working without supernatural elements in such a context is rather absurd. In the Iliad it was related to Poseidon's protection over the city, the horse was considered an offering to the gods and it was risking Poseidon's wrath if the Trojans ignored it.

Trojan Horse - The Chaser
That was a good one, and the same group successfully smuggled fake Osama Bin Laden to the APEC conference that contained the leaders of most nations that border the Pacific in a limo with fake flags and security IDs that said "Insecurity" and "This is obviously fake." Appearing as if they belonged was all that was necessary. The security hole was large enough to drive three trucks, two motorcycles and four secret service guards through. Fake Bin Laden actually got out in front of the hotel that contained President Bush and the security response was to arrest the fake security guard while Fake Osama walked behind him. See here

In the Thrawn Trilogy, Luke uses a Trojan Horse-esque tactic called a Covert Shroud.
Spoiler
He flies around in a freighter modified to carry his X-Wing and then, when the Empire tries to capture the freighter, he uses his X-Wing to escape the tractor beam. The tactic is described as being almost unbeatable, though the Empire did eventually find a way to beat it as seen in the Hand of Thrawn Duology
A more classic Trojan operation would probably just be called a 'false flag'. Now that I think about it, though, one of the WEG sourcebooks mentions a Rebel Alliance tactic called an Erasmus Gambit which is very similar in concept to a Trojan Horse. http://starwars.wikia.com/wiki/Erasmus_Gambit

The King of the Droids gambit used in X-Wing: Solo Command and X-Wing: Mercy Kill would qualify. Both involved smuggling infiltration and sabotage devices into an enemy base by disguising them as mundane droids (or modifying mundane droids to commit sabotage).

Lambda is the class of the shuttle, I don't think it's ever used as the name of a military tactic of deception.

That may be so, but in a thread full of all kinds of examples from the EU, I thought I would mention the biggest one.

Well just like all the other "clever" puns in Star Wars, it would of course be a Trojan Banther.
Of course there was no Troy and since there's only 3 planets in the Star Wars Universe, it'd probably be a Tatooine Banther.
Except Troy was a City not a country so... Mos Eisley Banther.
