Sith is the actual name that Vader, Maul, Sidious, etc. belong to (Darth being the title of a Sith Lord). Dark Jedi is probably just the Jedis' POV of them, since they have similar powers but make use of the Dark Side.

Dark Jedi is anyone who had jedi training and went over to the dark side.

Sith is a specific branch of Dark Side training.

in the Junior Jedi Knights, Young Jedi Knights and NJO we come across force users called Dark Jedi but they were trained in the Shadow Acadamy, not really recieving Jedi training because they were taught Sith methods of using the force as well as the force overall.

The Sith is a generic name for any of the followers of that particular sect of Dark Side practitioners. These include Darth Vader, the Emperor, Darth Maul, and Exar Kun.

Dark Jedi are Jedi who have turned to the Dark Side. These include Anakin Skywalker (also a Sith), Brakiss, Zekk (YJK), and Kueller.

Note that there are Dark Side users who are neither Sith nor Dark Jedi. These include several clans of the Witches of Dathomir. It is possible to be a Sith without being a Dark Jedi, and it is possible to be a Dark Jedi without being a member of the Sith. It is also possible to be both, and neither, even if you are a DS user.

There is also the true Sith discipline, wich I doubt hardly survives anymore in it's true form, they where incredibly powerfull.

Indeed the very Title- Darth refers to the mastery of the Sith Tecniques and disciplines most noted amoung them Force Lightining however agian not all Dark-Jedi are Sith

Only the over-achivers :P

But then agian witness the Dark-Side users on Dathomir, The most powerful of them, thier leader managed to not Force chock, not rather Force- Ninja neck snap over thirty people at the same time

They were trained in the ways of Dark Jedi by a Dark Jedi. And they do not appear in JJK.

I thoguth the Sith Lords were like a cult following of the Dark Side of the Force. And Dark Jedi were only Jedi who fell from the Light Side of the Force.

Sith are L33T jedi slaying mofos, often with sweet looking lightsabers(bent and double) and cool rides.

Dark Jedi are just little pricks that got angry or trained by one of those pricks.

I don't think the powerful dark jedi skills are Sith only cause of KJA, bastard. I think the guy Zekk fought or the teacher of the Shadow Academy used Force Lightning, and a bunch of the Dark Jedi teenies summoned a powerful storm.

Also, Kyle Katarn uses such powers without being a member of the Sith. He's not even, really, a Dark Jedi. They are just skills from the Dark Side of the Force, but they are still accessible by some Jedi. Note that Jedi do not suddenly gain abilities because they become Dark Jedi (or Sith, or what have you), but rather, they become Dark Jedi (or Sith, etc.) because they use such powers. Kyle was able to resist.

no difference. I dont think there are dark jedi. Some of you have reasoned that dark jedi were trained as jedi then crossed over. Anakin did this but as Darth Vader his title is Sith Lord not Dark Jedi.

Arrgh foolish mortals

Dark-Jedi
One who has fallen to the dark-side

SITH- One TRAINED in the Sith Arts, This incudes lots of things, Just like because your force sensative does not make you a Knight or Master just because your Evil does not make you sith

Correction, one who has given himself to passion, to emotions, to the force, and to his own dark side.
Doing this almost always leads to the dark side, wich is why the Jedi created the light and dark sides to begin with, because they would most certanly fall to the dark side(or their dark sides).
SITH- One TRAINED in the Sith Arts, This incudes lots of things, Just like because your force sensative does not make you a Knight or Master just because your Evil does not make you sith
One trained in using the force and his dark side to it's fullest, one who cultivates his evil, who let's it take over him, empower him, one who studies the arcane arts of the Sith and the dark side.
