I tend to trust Wedge Antilles on this matter, since I think he's a good guy and has been pretty honest, to the best of my knowledge, to his friends. Thus, since he did tell Janson that she was hot, my guess is that she is.

Actually, unless Han got his edge back later in the EU, Han states that he has lost most of his ability to blend in and is effectively a desk jockey and then goes on to prove the point.
