Cross-Section of ISD Bridge

Post by jegs2 »

Have most Incredible cross-section books, including the one that has a cut-away view of the ISD. However, someone out there must know where I can get a cross-section of the superstructure (and perhaps those mysterious domes).

By the way, Bama nearly knocked off Oklahoma today on the football field... not bad for a severe underdog...

Starships of the Galaxy has a layout of the bidge, but I don't think that is what you are looking for.

I remember seeing a cut away of the dome somewhere (of course it's labelled as a shield generator).
Possibly in the EGWT?

There's a layout of the Star Destroyer bridge in the SW Technical Journal, and The Art of TESB. There is a simplistic cross-section cutaway of the entire
ship in the SW Technical journal as well.

The layout of the bridge in the SWTJ and Art of TESB are based on the floorplans of the actual set. The cross-section drawing is nothing more than a bunch of lines through a profile of an ISD, with a few labeled places.

Actually, if you want some great EU sources for the layout of a Star Destroyer, read:

"The Stele Chronicles" (I PDD'd this book, which only came with the TIE Fighter game here: http://groups.google.com/groups?q=pdd+s ... com&rnum=1

"Heir To The Empire"

"Dark Force Rising"

"The Last Command"

"Specter of the Past"

"Vision of the Future"
