You might consider "Imperial Information Committee", an approved news source for the Imperial armed services (ref. Death Star Technical Companion). The Imperial Information Committee is a sub-branch of Media Branch, Analysis Bureau, Imperial Intelligence.
Still, "Minitru" has a certain doubleplusgood ring to it, no?
