Balence to the force?

My view on the subject:

Aniken Skywalker wasn't the one to bring balence to teh force, he started it so Luke could come over and bring balence, with all Light jedi dead and all Dark Jedi. When the vong came in they again balenced the Forceby reducing the Light Jedi.

Well in a way Anakin balanced the force....mind you it involved the slaughter of hundreds of thousands of Jedi but there were about as many Sith as Jedi

you could say that, then you can say Luke brang balence to the Force, 1 Light Jedi, and 1 yet unknown(at the time) dark Jedi , Mara Jeda.

Either way.

Here is something to think about. (yeah it's a joke)

The real reason Anikin turned to the darkside. If you look at Episode Two, you will notice that EVERYONE refers to him as Ani....Jar Jar, His own Droid refers to him as Master Ani, heck even PADME refers to him as Ani!! His mother as her dying words calls him Ani. Anikin is like 19-20 and the only person who doesn't refer to him as Ani is Obi-Wan, no wonder he thinks of him as a father. With everyone refering to him as Ani no wonder he losses it and goes on killing sprees.

Silence both of you. I'm attempting to rule the PSW forum and catchup with GAT.

Anakin IS the chosen one

Anakin Skywalker has to have been the one who brought balance to the Force. If you'll watch TPM and AotC, it is obvious that, symbolically, Anakin is to be connected with Jesus and is the one wh brought balance to the Force in RotJ. First, (if you believe Shmi) he had no father, just like a certain person we know who contributed to the Bible. The second, most irrefutable, piece of evidence that supports this theory is what happened on Geonosis in the Arena. Anakin was crucified (when he was chained to the post) ALONG WITH TWO OTHER PEOPLE! Anakin is clearly the messiah of Star Wars. In RotJ, when he killed Palpatine, he brought balance to the Force and fulfilled the prophecy, as well as his destiny.

While most people do agree that Lucas was tring to get some of that messiah feeling in AOTC you might be reading to much into it.
