I guess that could be a little more clear. It means that no versus arguments dealing with other universes are allowed in PSW, but you can still discuss vs. battles within the SW universe. So this would be OK.

Hng, as others have said, it's Star Wars without pitting Star Wars against Star Trek, Babylon Five, the Culture, or <insert universe here.> And anyway, if Tyrannus could fend off Yoda, he could probably give Windu a decent fight.

Darth Tyrranus would be Count Dooku

Ohh and I will be moving this to PSW, soonish.

The Power of the Jedi sourcebook indicates that Count Dooku and Master Yoda are the only two swordsmen to have ever outdueled Mace Windu, as of AOTC.

So, if Dooku has defeated Windu as a Jedi, he would certainly succeed as a Sith.
