Please help me out. I have a rather...hard-headed friend who is debating me on the issue involving Alderaan's planetary shields holding out on the Death Star's superlaser. I need some help proving this.

I've been trying to find it on this site, and I've either overlooked it or Im an idiot. I've also tried looking for the frame by frame pics of the scene, but I cannot locate thos either. I know for a fact I've seen them, I just can't remember where. Any help with providing links to required pics or info would be appreciated...

It's like Gil said in the HoS thread. Bobby will pop up with something, and those parasitic followers hanging off his back will come in and repeat what he said endlessly after he flees the field by getting stomped. they get crushed, and go lick their wounds till he goes through it again. Each time each thread gets worse.

Thank you guys very much. I was able to prove the shield thing to my friend. He seemed to take it in stride as well...pretty logical for a Trekkie....
