Callista can still use the Dark Side. (Demonstrated during Darksaber) and she is still affected by the Force.

She can use the Dark Side, yes. But unless and until she does, she cannot be sensed by the Force, nor can she succumb to mind tricks.

Evidence on her not being affected by the Force or being sensed by it?

She's just blind to it, IIRC, she can still be affected by others using Force powers.
