ARC troopers in Endor (force sub)

Alrighty then, yesterday I saw the Clone Wars chapter where the Arc troopers blew up that artillery emplacement. They were so cool! I thought they kicked so much arse! Plus that ending scene where they were posing, man it was awesome! ARC troopers just own.

So how would they fare if they:

A.) Replaced the Emperor's finest and guarded the facility. Let's give them the same numbers as the Stormies and give them all the same vehicles. Let them keep their outdated weapons.

B.) Replaced the Rebels. They keep their weapons and attack the Stormies by themselves. They have the same number as the Rebels and they know everything the rebels know, including the back door.

B-2.) Same except that they have the same number as the ARCs who blew up that artillery gun in the Clone Wars cartoon.

C.) Same as B except they have Ewoks on their side and a Wookie.

How would they fare?

For me, I think the ARCs would kick the Rebel assess, with or without Ewoks aiding the rebels. And I think the ARCs would kick Imperial ass, with or without Ewoks and Wookies helping them. They would sustain casualities, but they will still kick ass.

This is stupid. The ARCs are comparable to Imperial Storm Commandos, not Stormtroopers.

Um.... but I thought those Stormies in Endor were the Emperor's finest.

So let's lower the numbers of the ARCs then. How would they fare?

Yeah, they are the finest Stormies, but bog standard Stormies are the lowest cadre of the Imperial Marines; the Imperial Royal Guard, the Imperial Storm Commandos, and the various special enviornment specialty Stormtroopers are all more elite than standard Stormies.

And you know, despotate's "finest troops" were often those most politically reliable troops.

IMO i think they will still lose if Chewbacca manages to capture a ATST, and win if he doesn't.
Like it happened in the original Battle the stormtroopers were wining until the Chewie captaed that ATST.

Um... fine. In B and B-2 they won't know about the backdoor. Only in C.

@ Dark Phoenix: The ARCs have them rocketlaunchers which blew up Trade Fed tanks with one blow.

@ IP: Well... the ARCs were the finest Clonies, so they'd be about the same level. Right?

The special environment Stormies, Storm Commandos, and Royal Guardsmen are all clones like most Stormies too.

Then yeah the ARC troopers could win

The ARC troopers are overall much better than Stormtroopers but like IP said ARC troopers are Elite while stormtroopers are standard marines.

droids cant use the force. And IIRC dark troopers can use force powers right?

I believe only level 1.

Level 2 have a small assotment of Force powers, and the level 3 can be either automated like level 2's or armor.

The original Dark Trooper project intended to develop self-contained powered-armor combat suits for elite Stormtroopers. To this end, the mobile construction plant Arc Hammer produced the Phases I through III Dark Troopers.

Each was a droid, but the ultimate model, the Phase III, was the conclusion of the project, and could be operated by a human. Although Kyle Katarn destroyed the facility and the Emperor Palpatine refused approval and funding for a new one, a small number of Phase III exosuits were bequeathed to Force sensitive Stormtroopers to form a new elite unit. They are depicted in Rebellion and Galactic Battlegrounds.

By Operation SHADOW HAND, all the Dark Troopers seem to be gone: the new "Darktroopers" depicted in Dark Empire II appear to be reactivated Blackhole Stormtroopers trained in the Dark Side of the Force.
