Boba deleted scene?

This from a list of deleted scenes.
Boba's Escape
Supposedly, we were to see more of Boba Fett than we originally did: there was one scene where Boba escaped Geonosis after the arena battle. He apparently took his father's body to wherever the Slave I was, and apparently even killed a two Jedi along the way before escaping the planet in the ship (as we all know that Jango had previously tought Boba how to fly the ship.)
I wonder how did Boba kill those Jedi? by surprise?

I'm glad we didn't see that. Having Jedi getting killed by a badass bounty hunter is fine, but having them getting killed by some kid would have been ridiculous.

Is this real?? Sounds like it's just wishful thinking.

I'm with Raynor. That would've been REALLY stupid.

Well, are dleted scenes canon?

And, as for the poor Jedi, they were probably killed by Slave I, and the ship couls have something that makes it so that any idiot can use the weapons.

We'll never see it, so thank god.

If Deleted scenes are canon, then ST has surface to air capability. There was a deleted scene from Insurrection where Worf takes some other shoulder weapon and blows a Sona shuttle out of the sky.

According to the old production rumors of that bit, it was two young padawans leading him away and he used his father's dart gun to kill them.

The thing that used to be wookiee scalps is now suppossedly Padawan braids/jedi scalps

Whether or not a deleted scene is canon might depend on the reason it was deleted. If it was cut for time or whether it just didn't make sense in relation to the characters might determine it's validity under canon. Of course you would have to ask Lucas about whether that particular scene is canon probably.

Deleted scenes are not canon, in and of themselves. However, many of them do make their way into the novelizations, in which case they become canon because of that.

That would make them only what, three centuries behind the times? That's not that impressive when it comes down to it.

Hey if it was guided and destroyed a shielded shuttle, that'd be cool!

The way power calculations are heading, a Rapier would easily lethal to anything Trek has in the shuttle range, shields or no.

If they really were full Jedi, I would have probably thought they would die via seismac charge. But if they're padawans, well, then dart gun works.

A Rapier-class Confederate fighter from Wing Commander???

I'm sure they can take out the UFP's shuttles, and probably also Peregrine-class Fighters.

If Boba got 2 jedi before escaping to space I would guess it would be the first filmed use of the Seismic Charge for its intended use (speculated by Mike Wong): drop one at takeoff/landing to clear out the landing area.

If the jedi where on foot they would be hard pressed to get clear when/if they sensed his intend (that thing has a huge blast radius compared to the avarige running speed of a jedi  ).

If he used the ship to kill them that's okay (maybe the ship's on auto-pilot or something, and he's just as lucky as Anakin when it comes to starship piloting).

If they had Boba as a kid kill two Jedi while carrying his dead dad then that's gone down the pit of Fett fanboyism never to return and I'm glad they deleted it.

A deleted scene would only be canon if it was reitroduced into the feature film when the DVD comes out.

Why would he need luck to drop a bomb. Just push the button, the jedi are tactically incompotent (or arrogant) enough to walk right into a trap.

And unlike Anakin, Boba would likely KNOW how to operate the Slave I.
