A corporation would probably be the safest... Unless some "rogue" Rebels decides to blow up your office for aiding the Empire.

I'd clean the toilets on the Executuor, vader doesn't take shits, so you know you can't piss him off,

and you are on the strongest ship in the fleet with the best security, so the chances of it being destroyed or close to nil,

Your chances of being destroyed in fact approach unity if you don't transfer off before Endor.

I would lead a normal life as part of a major corporation, preferably a weapons or ship development company like CEC or KDY. My world of choice would be Corellia or Corulag, a Core World with a booming industry.
