You gibbering idiot.
Nobody here, not even the most rabid warsie, ever tried to claim that stormtrooper armor could withstand a frelling gustav cannon, or for that matter an Iowa gun, or any of the other stupid things I've seen it pitted against in an attempt to "disprove" the supposed belief that it's invulnerable to all kinetic impacts.
No warsie to my knowledge ever claimed that.
We hold that it is invulnerable to small-arms calibers (5.56, 7.62 etc.) fired with the normal muzzle velocities of modern weapons. That it would resist the assault rifles carried by today's troops. That it would resist the shrapnel from today's frag grenades.
But nobody ever said it was good against monster artillery or naval guns. In fact some warsies even concede that a .50 cal rifle might penetrate, and most concede that a 14mm or 20mm antitank rifle would.
To slander us by trying to get us to state that stormtrooper armor would survive against a 7 ton projectile twice as long as a man is tall and moving at mach 2.4, is to state that you think we are truly mindlessly stupid, so you might as well have just said as much in an outright flame and saved yourself some wasted bytes.
