No, it's a part of the structure for Executor. Its movement isn't independent and it moves with the ship.
Though I'm not sure if the arrow is just pointing to the text or to something being zoomed in the box.

Yeah, it's part of Executor. I checked the video clip that I have of the shot shows it moving with the ship as if it's part of it.

All right well that's shot down. At first glance it looked like it could have been a TIE as I thought I saw two diagonal struts as the solar panels and the and the ball shape inbetween as a cockpit.
That section must've been lighted up by the explosion.
