Shapesifter problem

How effective would clawdite shapesifter be? We know that stress can undo their transformation, but could for example sex have the same effect. Also is it those that see that change or is it total tranformation?

Could you clarify what you're talking about? I've never heard of this in relation to Star Wars.

Would for instance riped clothes blow the cover by showing his/her true skin or would it show the skin of creature the shapesifter has changed to.

Ripped clothes do not show skin.... In the comics (the Zam Wessel/Jango fett story arc where they save Coruscant) Zam transformes from a dug into a human.
Since her skin is totally human and she does not even shift back when hit by a blaster, I suggest that her original skin stays the same
