So who do you think will be the one to kill Darth Tyrannus? I think I covered anyone remotely likely.

Anakin as Anakin. I think it'll be his final "heroic" act as a Jedi Knight.

I think it'll be Anakin as Anakin, though I had a hard time choosing between him and Vader. Both seem just as likely.

Well, it gives the story some symmetry. Anakin slays Darth Tyranus as a Jedi. Then Vader slays Mace Windu as a Sith.

I can almost see it as Tyranus being Anakin's last kill and Mace being Vader's first kill. I don't know why but that just seems to fit with me.

It would for to kill Anakin tyranus in rage and Obi-wan confort Anakin for it and that would lead to the Anakin/Obi-wan duel

I kind of expect Anakin to kill Tyrannus but the scene is very similar to ROTJ. The Emperor makes Anakin an offer to be his right hand man. All he has to do is kill Tyrannus.

Tyrannus may or may not be shocked by this betrayal and there is an epic fight between the two before Anakin cuts him down.

This would show that Anakin had the same chance to turn away from the darkside like Luke gets. Unfortunately Anakin does not have the strength of character that Luke has and there are no feelings between Anakin and Tyrannus to help Anakin make the right choice.

In this case, it'll be Anakin's loyalty to the Jedi order that Sidious has to corrupt.

Mace, to be consistent with my post in the other thread.

Well, there already seems to be a whole lot of lightsabre fights slated for Episode III, so many that it could get fairly repetitive. My guess is that Tyrannus dies when his flagship gets blown up with him on it. Can't have everything come down to a lightsabre fight.

Nah, like the others said Anakin will kill Tyranus, be praised. Then he'll kill Mace later on for some reason, Obi will find out, they duel, "Oh no lava! I'm melting! Oh what a world!", birth of Vader.
