Clone Wars comics: Vos and Secura a couple?
Good evening.
To those of you who have been reading in detail the series of Clone Wars comics from Dark Horse....
I am intrigued by the characters of Quinlan Vos and his padawan, Aayala Secura. Unfortunately I have only read a handful of the stories featuring Secura and Vos, so there are gaps in my knowledge.
Question: Are Vos and Secura lovers? Her relationship with Vos seems a bit ambiguous; she's obviously deeply loyal and affectionate towards the man in a way that suggests a romantic attachment. Then again, she also seems interested in Kit Fisto as well....gotta be those tentacles.

Re: Clone Wars comics: Vos and Secura a couple?
As far as I know there is nothing but normal Padawan/Master relationship between Vos and Secura. There is non-jedi character called Khaleen who is in love with Quilan Vos (and seem he's is also in love with her).Jorgasnarova wrote:Good evening.

Not all are as ugly as Bib Fortuna, actually.
But that's not why I hate Kit Fisto. I hate him because that shit-eating grinning bastard exists...

What the? Kit Fisto? Is that like a pornstar name? A kiddie porn name? Every time I hear it I think of Lucas writing "Kid Fista" then quickly crossing the "d" to a "t" and changing "a" to "o" and hoping no one notices what was really on his mind.
Note: I am not saying that Lucas is a pedophile. I am just saying that Kit Fisto is a really, really fucked-up name, and could only be OKed by someone with a kind of pathological innocence (someone who could come up with black-mammie Jar Jar or "jizz-wailing" and not think there's anything wrong with it).

It has been confirmed that Mace Windu confronts Anakin and Palpatine with Kit Fisto, Agen Kolar (Zabrak), and Seasee Tiin (horn guy). All of them get their asses kicked.

The reason Secura seems so attached is that i her past is very sad. She was born during a time when there was a coup against the ruling house in her "tribe" ::shrugs:: she was stranded on her planet and was rescued at an early age by non other than Quilan Vos. She was strong in the force so she was trained but a few Jedi masters but she was only comftorble with a Jedi more her age and one she knew. Quilan trained her and they went on some adventures until they got ambushed and seperated. Secura is very impressonable and was easily drawn to a person seeking power and told her that she can get power and get back to her Jedi "family". She had lost her memory just like Vos. Vos saved her again. This is the reason why she is so connected to Vos. She pretty much spent her entire life with him and he rescued her and more ocassions than any one ever did. She believed that since he helped her so many times in the past when she fell to the dark side, she can now do that for him now that hes "with" Dooku.
Though that picture in the latest comic, when she allows him to kill her she does seem a bit tempting all with her sensuall look i guess.
