Is it me or is this Snowtrooper not wearing a glove? I wonder if the E-WEB is heated or the base is warm...or perhaps his suit is warm enough he doesn't need the glove on?

It isn't just you. All I can think of is he wants fine motor control, perhaps due to something tricky while setting it up.

Hah...I just noticed his glove sitting on the power supply. Maybe he couldn't manipulate a switch when setting it up so he took it off.

*DINGDINGDING* what have we got for him, johnny?!

You'll often find soldiers, even in biting, dangerous, cold removing their gloves to manipulate things like triggers and safeties on weapons. Nearly impossible to do safely while gloved.

shouldn't he remove his "helmet" for better peripheral vision? Because it dosent look too easy to see in that thing.

Stormtrooper helmets increase perception and aid in targeting.

There was some DK book that showed a disassambled stormtrooper helmet that made the helmets' capability quite clear.

also while it makes sence to remove gloves or other things like that, during combat condition removing your helmet is not good thing (unless you want to die that is).

Yup. I'm always reminded of the soldier in SPR - his helmet saved his life, and in disbelief he took it off to look at it or kiss it or whatever - and that was when he got hit again, with no helmet on, and shot through the head.
