I'm tempted to say either Hillary Duff or Lindsay Lohan, as they are the right general age and general description. However, the concept of either of them holding a lightsaber is too.... wtf.

Anyway...I can see it now...the final battle between Luke and Shimrra turned into a wrestling match between overweight Mark Hamill and a WWE wrestler, and all the teen singers that play Jedi getting together to sing a song halfway through the movie.

Jaina - no idea. Emma Watson...call me crazy, but her face does not really match that of Carrie Fisher... it is not wide enough and her chin isn't the right one, either.
Mara Jade - Mira Sorvino or Famke Janssen... However Famke, when shot at the wrong angles, doesn't resemble Mara at all.
Jag Fel: No idea. A younger version of Ben affleck?
Admiral Pellaeon - definitely Sir Derek Jacobi.

He plays a major part in the second and third books, kills the Vong leader (or temp leader until Tsavong Lah arrives anyway) in a duel, then goes on a vacation after his reputation is trashed by Fey'lya and returns a few books later to whoop some Vong rear. He went on a few missions with Anakin and was in the room with Luke when Luke felt Anakin die. So yes, Corran Horn plays a good sized part in NJO
