Indeed not. I have browsed it before, but never seen this, though.

I used to train with the fight choreographer, Pete Sims. That was until our Dojo burnt to the ground.
Goddammit. I wonder how he is?

LOL, wonder what the ratio for "Forest planet-setting" and "Non-forest planet-setting" is for fanfilms?
I have to admit, though, these fanfilms show how easy it would be for ILM to make good space battles in a future SW-series.

I've watched many of the fan films there. So far, my favorite is "Jango", for the sheer inventiveness of the filmmaker. Don't have a cast or crew? Fuck it, do it ALL yourself!
The main thing that I find in all these films is, they're too damned long. "TROOPS" was hilarious...for five minutes. Then it draaaaaaaaged on like a bad comedian squeezing the life out of the same joke that got a positive laugh from an audience. "JedI Hunter" was again, very funny..for five minutes.
"Pink 5" is absolutely amazing. Check it out; she's in an office chair the entire time, sitting in front of a blue screen!

Yeah, that's the real trick with comedy. How long is too long?
See the problem with SNL skits these days (and SNL off-shoot movies).

I remember watching the credits for one fan film, "The Empire Strikes Backyard" or some other piece of junk.
It was basically a gag reel, and only gave the impression that the "filmmakers" and cast were a bunch of self-absorbed idiotic teenagers who thought they were brilliantly funny. A few of the genuine goofs were mildly funny, but it looked like most of it consisted of either engineered bloopers or them acting like rabid idiots, aparently thinking that if you do funny voices and behave like an ass on camera, it's funny. It wasn't, and the whole thing was generally quite painful to experience.

With respects to our UK members, I always figured that was because they were British (re: Empire Strikes Backyard)...

Then they were stupid Brittons.

One man's "stupid Brittons" are another man's "bloody hilarious gits."
