Fuck, I knew Anakin fell into lava... but that's quality charring.

Also, Hayden is growing up to look like his son Luke.

The Tarkin mask is eerie.

The fourth image has been. I'm quite certain it's a fanmade composite shot taken from about 3 images of Anakin's test makeup plus an incomplete shot of his mechanical hand cut and pasted from EP II.

Great pictures.

I don't like it when people post pictures and stuff from Hyperspace (the Yoda and Bail image) and the Insider. That has closed many sites down. People should act more responsible as to what they post, and not post material illegaly (I'm sure that all people on this board posts with conscience  ).

A number of those pictures are faked (for example, the Grevious pic is ripped straight out of the SW databank and overlayed over a Trade Federation ship background...and the so-called pic of the TradeFed flagship is a Mon Calamari cruiser), and that so-called story preview is whacked. If that's what really happens, this movie will SUCK.

1) Dooku dies in the beginning
2) Grevious runs for his life from two Jedi, despite having killed 6 in the Clone Wars cartoons
3) Grevious holds a Jedi Master hostage (LOL)
4) Why does a room all of a sudden fill up with fuel, and why is it just a liquid like gasoline? Is Lucas TRYING to make us lose the ST vs SW debate? Why does the ignition of a roomfull of liquid blast up the whole ship?

This seems to be based on one of these so-called 'leak scripts' I've seen around. I read this one, and it seemed so corny that I was sure it was written by some teenager, not by Lucas. That slideshow of Photoshopped and blurry images follows that script, but few if any of those are actual Ep3 pictures.

Grevious looks almost 100 % mechanical. But he was supposed to be part biological.

It's been said that the only parts of Grievous that are organic are in his head. We do know that he's an alien cyborg whose body is about 90% mechanical.

Given that general figure, I personally venture that Grievous' remaining organic parts are just his cranium (which is about 10% of one's total body), since we know his eyes are still real and he would have to retain his brain.

Based soley on physical appearence and what's currently known, General Grievous' composition seems to roughly correspond with the concept of the "total cyborg" from Ghost in the Shell, where 90% of a person's body is cybernetic and the only remaining organic parts are the person's brain and spinal cord.

Both BTM25 and BTM33 (the two pictures directly linked to in this thread thus far) are fakes. You should read the linked thread instead of just looking at the perdies ;)
These are from the storyboard section of the site given in each.
They are fakes, but damn good ones.
I post them here so you can get an idea of how some of the
scenes will look.
Specifically, that planet, I believe, comes from either Chronicles of Riddick or from Supernova, and simply has the Naboo ship composited on top. The Anakin picture also looks strikingly familiar, but I can't place from where.

Well, if you think it's the tank from HULK photoshopped, then... yes.

That's what it was. Good call.

....

Son of a bitch! You're right.

In that picture I linked to, that tank was in Hulk. Damn it, I can't believe I didn't notice it until now...

Okay, so it seems a lot of the pictures are fakes, part of some damn Virtual Project-ish thing. The only ones that aren't fake are the very few that have been already seen in magazines.

Damn it...

EDIT: Note, The Dude posted while I was writing this. I noticed the tank on my own. ;)

The guy playing Tarkin is DEAD ON. Wow. Is the robotic guy supposed to be grevous? I've been trying to keep myself spoiler free so I know very little of the story so far but I can't resist looking at pictures.

Yeah, the robot guy is Grievous.

False. He killed two padawans, wounded one more seriously, the rest got away, and it's quite likely Ki-Adi-Mundi defeated him. Check the Databank.
3) Grevious holds a Jedi Master hostage (LOL)
Huh?

Did you miss the X-Wings getting fuelled in ANH? Who cares what happens to some piece of shit Trade Federation vessel when there's a massive explosion on the *inside*? If the scene isn't just cut, it has little bearing whatsoever. It's fighter fuel, most likely.

Oh, and furthermore

- the Tarkin pictures are not related to Episode III. They are a third party work.

- a lot of those pictures are appalling fakes.

True.
Isn't it a bit unrealistic to have the main villan of the previous movie die in the first ten minutes of the movie?

Have you actually watched the episode? He kills a Padawan, then kills another Jedi (everyone gasps a second after the lightsaber swings down), then after a big more fighting he hurles the limp bodies of two of the other Jedi clear off the battlefield after crushing their faces with his clawed feet (I highly doubt they survived, since they didn't come back), then he hurled one of the Jedi into a wall that collapsed on top of her, picked up her lightsaber and jumped on the last Jedi (the conehead ;) ) with all three sabers upraised...he obviously didn't have a CHANCE. The next scene showed Yoda's eyes suddenly going wide (sensing his death) and shaking his head and muttering about the dark side. No, Grevious kicked REAR.
3) Grevious holds a Jedi Master hostage (LOL)
Huh?
Did you watch that ridiculous plot synopsis they have on that page? He holds a Jedi Master hostage and kills her when Anakin and Obi-wan come for him. It doesn't seem realistic to me.
4) Why does a room all of a sudden fill up with fuel, and why is it just a liquid like gasoline? Is Lucas TRYING to make us lose the ST vs SW debate? Why does the ignition of a roomfull of liquid blast up the whole ship?

It doesn't seem to make sense. I highly doubt the Death Star or any other SW ship uses LIQUID fuel that is so non-volatile that two people can swim in it, climb out, and get in a firefight without exploding or getting any kind of burns or dying. Try dunking yourself in gasoline and see what I mean ;)

As I'm saying, several of the pictures are fake, and I'm pretty sure their so-called 'leaked script' is fake. I've seen several so-called 'leaked scripts', including the one they're using, and all of them seemed, well, ridiculous.

Why is it "unrealistic"? It's appropriate and cool, as far as I'm concerned. He's not the villain in Episode III- sucks to be him.
Have you actually watched the episode?
Yes.
He kills a Padawan
Which wasn't hard. The guy lost it and ran like an idiot.
then kills another Jedi (everyone gasps a second after the lightsaber swings down)
Wounded. Not killed. Check the databank.
then after a big more fighting he hurles the limp bodies of two of the other Jedi clear off the battlefield after crushing their faces with his clawed feet (I highly doubt they survived, since they didn't come back)
No, he crushes the face of one, who died. The other was merely hurled, and is confirmed alive both by the Databank and Episode III's cast list.
then he hurled one of the Jedi into a wall that collapsed on top of her
Who also survived and who is also in Episode III, like I said, check the databank.
picked up her lightsaber and jumped on the last Jedi (the conehead ;) ) with all three sabers upraised...he obviously didn't have a CHANCE.
No, since Ki-Adi-Mundi is confirmed alive in the databank and is a not-insignificant character who returns in Episode III.
The next scene showed Yoda's eyes suddenly going wide (sensing his death) and shaking his head and muttering about the dark side. No, Grevious kicked REAR.
That's the impression the episode conveys up to fighting Ki-Adi-Mundi, the only Jedi Council member present.
Did you watch that ridiculous plot synopsis they have on that page? He holds a Jedi Master hostage and kills her when Anakin and Obi-wan come for him. It doesn't seem realistic to me.
Killing a hostage is unrealistic? Obi-Wan got held hostage too, remember?
It doesn't seem to make sense. Firstly, Jedi aren't normal people. Second, I reiterate my point about fighter fuel, forget the Death Star.

Is it me, or is what Anakin wearing similar to the "Jedi Uniform" Luke will wear?
