SW TV Show Channel?

What channel or type of channel would be the best or most likely to pick up the new SW show?

And forgive me, but I am not knowledgeable about foreign channels, so which channels would it be on in places like Canada or England. Assuming they are broadcasted there of course.

Here, I would say the Sc-fi channel, but that's just because I doubt any of the mainstream channels would pick it up.

If it's on a channel I don't have, someone will be hurting.

HBO, I've always wanted to see Han Solo tell some one to 'Fuck off'.

And we could get a better look at Leia's exploits in Jabba's Palace with that gold bikini. :D

Here I think it would be channel 9, at midnight.

I'm gonna say Fox.

Yah, I'd say Fox as well. I just don't see channels like NBC or CBS airing a Sci-Fi show. Either Fox or UPN.

LifeTime, so we can see the sappy romances as they were meant to be, with lots of soft-focus and tears.... *sniffles*

Spike TV, perhaps? They love action movies, and have DS9 and TNG. SW the TV show would be even better.

UPN :D

Nah just joking. I would like to see the show on HBO. That would ensure internional viewers get to see it. HBO has worldwide coverage.

hrmm... never heard of HBO :( I guess if they don't bring it on CNN, I'm not gonna see it until in 10 years when some german or austrian sender purchasews it.

I'd guess sky one over here. That or sci-fi.

Then the BBC might get it about a year later. Channel 4 might give it a go if not. I wouldn't count on either though.

Simply due to basic logical deduction, I'd have to say Fox.

the Beeb just wont be able to afford it, Channel 4, however has a rather good trend going with the aquisitions of SG1, the Simpsons, Smallville, enterprise...

they get ALL of then decent American shows

Channel 4 will definitely get it, indeed. The Beeb are teh suck. But, it'll not get to Channel 4 until Sky have had it for a good few months.

Syndicated, between 1 and 5 am, depending on whether or not the steak juice squeezer infomercial runs long.

Seriously, I'm guessing FOX would be the most likely, although I wouldn't be suprised if one of the major networks is willing to take a risk with it

HBO is awesome ! It is the best movie channel I have seen. They also show great original shows like Carnivale, Band of Brothers, Sext and the City etc.
