...to visit this author's nascent website,
www.domuspublica.net. Development on the site is presently proceeding at a somewhat retarded pace, but a major update is planned for the immediate future, with further substantial updates to be made throughout December and January. At the present time, the author is seeking feedback, constructive criticism, and suggestions.

The construction of the site makes reading your articles awkward. Nearly half the screen is essentially taken up by the menu on the left. That's just a first impression. It has a nice, clear interface which I find simple and elegant. Sprinkles of your artwork is a neat touch.
[EDIT] Reading the articles isn't terribly awkward. I did not mean to sound harsh, and my criticism was meant to be constructive.

Yes, the hazards of learning HTML on the fly. The site design will likely be haphazard for months to come.

Well, Publius, I rather like the design of your page. However, the font size in the essays was far too small. What are your future plans for the site?

Very good and inspirational content. However, may one suggest you make the layout more Printer Friendly?
EDIT: Ah, never mind. That other complainer about the font size may try clicking on the Printer icons. The Printer Friendly versions actually have decent sized text.

Julius, do you plan to upload the essays from long ago you described to me - those dealing with Palpatine's legal status and ascent to power? Perhaps you are awaiting the release of Revenge of the Sith?

There're presently a number of articles in various stages of development, and the politics of Palpatinism is one of the concepts in the earliest stages, which may well end up stillborn depending on how much information is available. As of right now, the articles closest to publication are some commentaries on the Federation and Romulan states.

Publius, I think you should split apart some of your essays. The one titled "The United Federation, Communism, and the Starfleet" doesn't really fit in its current page.
