I just got ahold of them as a double feature at Walmart, they had it advertised, just thought some of you might want to know.
Get your fill of sci-fi, science, and mockery of stupid ideas

At least it's this and not the 1978 holiday special. If that ever sees the light of day...Badme wrote:WTF?
They're not the full series, just selected episodes that form little "movies" or something. There are no current plans to release full sets for Droids or Ewoks at this time.Darth Sephiroth wrote:Plus I got both for $9.99 so it's really good, of course they also had two more disks (Ewoks and Droids) with the full series' for the same price.
Screw Droids or Ewoks. All I'm after are the Clone Wars box-sets...Spanky The Dolphin wrote:They're not the full series, just selected episodes that form little "movies" or something. Point taken.Spanky The Dolphin wrote:A two-disc (at the most) set is not a box, silly boy.
Seriously, I expect Clone Wars to be nothing but a single or two disc release, due to the shear shortness of the material.
It won't. Lucas wants every copy destroyed last I checked. Now, I have the whole thing in a very low-res format on my hard drive, but I can't get past the first five minutes. It's that stupid.JME2 wrote:At least it's this and not the 1978 holiday special. If that ever sees the light of day...Badme wrote:WTF?

Except that there are rumors of more being made to fit inbetween AotC and RotS, they'd probably split it into two cases to make more cash anyway. But I'd buy it if it had something like Jedi Starfighter's My Day at Work bonus material.Spanky The Dolphin wrote:A two-disc (at the most) set is not a box, silly boy.

Send it to me. I just have to see this thing.Rogue 9 wrote:It won't. Lucas wants every copy destroyed last I checked. *dreams* SWHS: The Special Edition! "The 1978 version no longer exists in my mind. This is how it was always intended..." *wakes up sweating!*Rogue 9 wrote:It won't. Here are the official facts:Except that there are rumors of more being made to fit inbetween AotC and RotS
Because the more you can sell, the more money Lucasfilm makes.VT-16 wrote:Here are the official facts:Except that there are rumors of more being made to fit inbetween AotC and RotS
Five episodes, 12 min each. Coming in late March. Things from the ROTS opening scroll will be shown here.
And I believe the disk for season 1 &2 will come either shortly before or shortly after. Which is bloody stupid, if you ask me. I mean, why not wait until you have a two hour animated movie?
Lucasarts is the one part that really deserves money, game fun!JME2 wrote:Because the more you can sell, the more money Lucasfilm makes.VT-16 wrote:Here are the official facts:Except that there are rumors of more being made to fit inbetween AotC and RotS
