We do know that the Jedi Temple does survive (to degree) both the PT and the OT (it's seen in the end of the DVD edition of ROTJ). so

First is there any indication of what is its use after ROTS and if not is there any known stuctures that could be it?

Second did it survive the liberation of Corusant by NR forces(and any attemps of reconqest by remnant forces)?

Third did it Survive the NJO arc?

When Skywalker Enterprises, Inc. went on that recon mission to Yuuzhantar, the Jedi Temple was mostly intact. The ensuing fight with Lord Nyax (ugh) brought down much of the ceiling, but I don't remember much else about it.

In the trailer the Jedi Temple can be seen burning...

This is probably THE biggest contradiction in NJO.

In Rebel Stand, Luke, Mara, Tahiri, and the Wraith squadron commandos end up in the former location of the Jedi temple. It had been destroyed and new buildings built on top of it, but deep underneath where it had been was a secret vault even the Emperor had not known about with a vast reservoir of force energy that would boost the power of the one who found it, and the Jedi temple had been built on top of it to protect it.

So by that, the Jedi Temple was destroyed.

This was after the Vong captured Coruscant but before they had terraformed it.

HOWEVER, in Traitor, Jacen and Vergere end up in the former Jedi Temple while exploring the ruins of Coruscant (this is after the Vong terraformed it, so all the buildings are underground), Vergere tells of where she met a child called Anakin Skywalker around the time of TPM, etc.

According to that, the Jedi Temple was NOT destroyed.

I seem to remember in that book that they went subterranean underneath the ruins of the Jedi temple, and that it was not intact, in that book? :?

I'm not sure, but wasn't one of the buildings in the ROTJ ending shots supposed to resemble the Temple?

As Lord Revan pointed out, the temple can be seen clearly in the ending of the ROTJ DVD edition in which it was added (along with the Senate rotunda).

Weren't they standing in rubble, or ruins at the time though?

The whole planet was in ruins, but the interior of the building was intact that they were inside rooms, rather than on top of rubble.

Remember? Jacen used force lightning and collapsed the roof on Nom Anor.
