In KOTOR2 you pratice Echani combat with the Handmaiden, but with no weapon, armor or clothes (apart underwear which is a part of in game model and cannot be removed). So assuming that the Jedi comes from a culture/species were clothes are used normally, could a typical Jedi fight like (s)he would normally if

1. (s)he was in his/her underwear or fully nude

2. the opponent would in his/her underwear or fully nude and something that the Jedi would think attractive.

would this break the Jedi's concemtration or would it be irrelevant or even help the Jedi (give something to Focus on )

Depends on how lonely the Jedi is .

Honestly probably not, given I do spar...and while I may smile...the first even slight hint of pain coming my way...I don't care, I'm not letting you take my head off, don't care how good looking your boobies are.

Given that Jedi are likely that have a little more then someone who takes swordfighting and martial arts as a side option in life, I'd opt they have better focusing and instincts in that matter.

I'd hope so, given that the Force itself doesn't probably flood into them 24/7. Luke showed you need some concentration to use it beyond a minor instintive level.

In Shatterpoint, Mace is naked out of a shower decontamination room and has no weapons and kicks the crap out of several guards.

I know, but Mace Windu ain't your typical Jedi (assuming Mace is as old as Sam jackson he been a Jedi master for almost 30 years).

Sorry, but the point is. Literally you can train yourself that really you do look beyond little things like being naked or the other person being naked.

And really the Jedi have show the level of indoctrination and such is more then enough barring a few cases. Course this leads to immense repression but when one's life is on the line...I'm doubting horniness comes into play.

Might come slightly into play more during the sparring than if a weird naked lady started charging you yelling, "I'M GOING TO KILL YOU!" (Granted, the Handmaiden does tell your character, "Do not hold back, or I'll hurt you.")

There is the Echani culture to take into account on the Handmaiden's side, though. Kreia tells your character to consider what would happen if he were to defeat her in all the spars ("If she were to surrender herself completely to you," I believe is the wording she uses). The stereotypical Echani are considered to be of a warrior culture (though not as mercenary as the stereotypical Mandalorian nor as bloodthirsty as the Iridorian, not to be confused with the Iridonian Zabrak, from the first KOTOR). Combat to them is considered to be an ultimate form of expression, a much truer method of communication than verbal or written language, and one that is much harder to lie with (people tending to be more aggressive against people they hate, less with people they like, etc).

Basically, as I mentioned at the beginning, if you put yourself in the position of the Jedi, you might have a harder time concentrating when you spar with something you are attracted to (especially if the attraction is reciprocated), but not necessarily if belligerent naked women are quite obviously trying to kill you.
