I think I've seen this one before, or at least one built similarly. It bugs me that the builder didn't rub two brain cells together to realize the S-foils should be closed. That would solve the landing gear problem.

When you have more than enough firepower to clear a parking space, it won't be a problem.

I'm guessing it would be a lot cheaper to just build your own.
