What scene is that? The holo of Vader fighting Cin Drallig and grabbing another Jedi by the neck at the same time?

Yes, in the novelization it states who one of the padawans is, page 378, second sentence from the top.

Methinks it's where Obi-Wan accesses the Temple holo records or something like that.

Because in the end we all already knew these people died?

I didn't know the Clonetroopers directly under their command would turn and shoot them! :|

Well, you can pretty much deduce that from the trailers.

I really liked when Cody got orders to kill obi-wan. "couldnt the orders have come before I gave him his lightsaber back?!"

Oh who was that old jedi teacher who Darth Vader cut down in the middle of the Temple? And do not forget all the little jedi kids.

I think that was Cody's thoughts as written by Matt Stover for the novel.

The trailer shows Anakin leading a unit into the Temple, not every Jedi general's command stabbing them in the back.

I was wondering, do the clones turn on the Jedi strictly because they are ordered too? Or does the "order 66" command carry a hidden psychological trigger that causes their complete loyalty to the Jedi to be overridden?

Because they're ordered to. The Clonetroopers knew about Order 66 all along, and while they execute the order without reservation or regret, there doesn't seem to be any evidence of any sort of mind control or sleeper programming taking over.

....That doesn't make sense... :wtf:

If they knew about it all along, why didn't the Jedi find out?! There's *millions* of clonetroopers; there's bound to be some dumbfuck who gets a bit drunk on leave and starts blabbing about the place.

Are you seriously proposing that the Jedi were so dense they could simply ignore evidence that they would be eliminated? :wtf:

Well thats pretty stupid if you ask me and Im kinda worried about the movie now. IIRC in the Republic Commando novel it was mentioned that the clones were essentially brainwashed from birth to be loyal to the Jedi. Having order 66 be a sleeper trigger to negate that ingrained loyalty would make much more sense.

I think it's because the Jedi trusted their troops almost unconditionally.

And for the record, it's more like quadrillions to quintillions of Clonetroopers in the Galaxy. ;)

I really hate how even the guy wielding in the hangar is a clone. There should've been some continuity with the fucking officers corps of the OT. Not to mention there WERE enlisted men in the OT.
