LMAO! sorry. Anways, what exactly is an "Emperor's Hand". I've heard Mara Jade (sp?) was one, is it just elite people that do the Emperor's bidding? and do they have to be force-sensitive?

From what I know, they're agents who answer only to the Emperor. They have no place in the chain of command, no official designation and don't appear on official records.
They're all Force-sensitive, primarily because the Emperor issues them orders through the Force. If I'm not mistaken the Emperor even avoids contacting them through conventional means. Their Force sensitivity also means they're more effective, of course.
