I have to second UNLIMITED POWER!!!!!

Sidious (again): "UN-LIMITED POWER!!!"

Sidious (yet again): "I've been waiting for this a long time, my little, green friend."

I've always been partial to "You were the choseon one!"

Oh, and from the novelization:

I also liked, "do no hesitate, show no mercy."

Everyone I know is now paraphrasing the worst dialogue into everyday use - like 'lend me a fiver, like by the lake on naboo' and 'I love democracy' 'no, I love democracy more!' etc etc.

I forget his exact words/syntax but: Yoda saying, "If powerful you are, then why go?" when Sidious tries to bolt right before they draw sabers.

Youngling: Master Skywalker! There are too many! What shall we do?
Anakin:...
::Ignites saber::

Vader: Where is Padme? Is she... alright?
Papatine: It seems that in your anger... you killed her.
Vader: No. That can't be. She was alive, I felt her!
::Breaks off the table::
Vader: NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!

I really like that one too. I thought Padme even had the right mix of resignation and contempt in her tone of voice when she said it to Bail.

There's something about the way the emperor speaks that is just awesome!
His pronounciation of 'Rebel Fleet' was the most quoted sci-fi reference in my house. Not anymore. Unlimited power is the new daddy!

Yoda:

Obi-Wan:
"You were the Chosen One. It was said you would destroy the Sith, not join them! That you would bring balance to the Force, not cast it into darkness! You were my brother, Anakin. I loved you!"
"Always on the move."
"Whoa. Did I miss something?"

Anakin:

"The Jedi have turned against me. Don't you turn against me."

Palpatine:
"Yes."

Exchange:
"Wait a minute. How does this keep on happening? We're smarter than this!" - Obi-Wan
"Apparently not." - Anakin

"I think we lost something." - Anakin
"Well, at least, we're still flying half a ship." - Obi-Wan

"Oof." *crunch* -Imperial guards handily dispatched by yoda entering palpatine's chamber
