Having seen the film three times now, I still can't believe I missed some of these, so here is the SW.com list of various Easter Eggs chucked into the final movie of the franchise (assuming no one else posted this).

Out of all of them, really only one I saw for definite was the Falcon. That much was obvious, the rest I'll need the DVD to catch.

Vos and Jar-Jar I don't consider much easter eggs...especially because one is just a line and the other requires a bit of EU to even go "Ah-HA!"
